Glass Artist To Give Talk At GalleryCrystal Stubbs, a participating artist in the prestigious Ranamok 2006 glass art exhibition will give a talk at the Latrobe Regional Gallery’s on Saturday 31 March. By Latrobe City - 27th March 2007 - Back to News Gallery Director, Jacqui Hemsley said that Crystal is a leading Australian glass maker who has an extensive career as a glass maker and designer.
"Crystal is represented in international and Australian collections, and hails from Stratford where she works within her studio. Crystal will talk about her work that is represented in the exhibition and the process of making a unique and magnificent glass piece," Ms Hemsley explained.
This is a free, public talk and tea and coffee will be served from 1pm, with Ms Stubbs’ talk beginning at 1.30pm.
Ranamok is Australia’s premier glass exhibition and competition that attracts worldwide recognition and the highest standard of glass makers in the country. The Ranamok exhibition will run at the Latrobe Regional Gallery until Sunday 13 May.
