Lohr Avenue improvement works
Work start of road pavement improvements and lowering ofexisting sewer pits along Lohr Avenue, Inverloch.
Work has started on road pavement improvementsand lowering of existing sewer pits along Lohr Avenue in Inverloch. This$175,000 project is fully funded by Bass Coast Shire Council under its RoadRenewal Program. This project began during the week starting Monday, 10 May andis expected to take around seven weeks to complete.
This project is important in ensuring the urban road network is safe and sustainable for the community into the future and appropriate levels of service are maintained
Emergency access will be provided
Project will include the repair of subsided roadpaving areas by fixing the existing road pavement and re-laying the existingpavers to match sewer pit levels at seven sites along Lohr Avenue, as well asthe lowering of three sewer pit lids to match existing pavement levels.
Traffic and pedestrian control measures will beimplemented onsite during these works and there will be some accessrestrictions, as required. Local, emergency and waste services access will beprovided at all times.

Council recognises that these works may presentan inconvenience and appreciates patience during these times. The contractorwill make every effort to minimise disruptions to motorists and localresidents.
