Film Season Continues At The Performing Arts CentreTwo critically acclaimed Australian films, Face to Face and The Eye of the Storm, are being shown at the Latrobe Performing Arts Centre over the next few weeks offering two very different insights into the Australian psyche. By Latrobe City - 11th May 2012 - Back to News Latrobe City Council’s performing arts and venues coordinator, Kathleen Roberts, said that offering films at the performing arts centre allowed local residents to watch films they may otherwise not have access to.
"The film program is diverse and these two films have received excellent reviews. We are delighted to offer them to our patrons.
"Latrobe Performing Arts members are free and for non-members admission is just $6. It’s superb value for money," Ms Roberts said.
Face to Face (MA 15+)

From Australia’s most acclaimed playwright, David Williamson, a powerful new film about lies, betrayal, sex and bullying. A young construction worker (Luke Ford) rams into his boss’s Jaguar in a fit of anger. Rather than court, he tries to explain his actions in a community conference. Starring Vince Colosimo and Sigrid Thornton.
