The Smoking Gun Click through to see the wrong side of the smoking gun... safely By Emma Kae - 28th August 2001 - Back to News Most people would be happy to have never seen the wrong side of a smoking gun. The website, however, is a different story.
TheSmokingGun.com is a growing collection of exclusive documents deemed ‘cool, confidential, quirky’. Most were obtained from government and law enforcement bodies, using the American law loophole of Freedom of Information requests.
Unlike many website sources, The Smoking Gun guarantees the accuracy and authenticity of everything they publish. Not only is the information factual, but also interesting… unlike the dictionary or encyclopedia experience.
Visit the Archives for a huge list of articles that will enrage, entertain and inspire, with something for everyone. Try the document of the day if you are just a beginner, or mess around with a little pot luck and see what you discover.
