Free Business Fundamentals Workshop

What: Free Business Fundamentals Workshop

When: Tuesday 17 July from 9.30 am

Where: Cowes Cultural Centre, Thompson Avenue, Cowes

Who: Presented by SED Consulting with assistance from Bass Coast Shire Council and the Victorian Government Business Continuity Program

Why: A practical workshop that allows business owners to step out from their enterprise and commence practical, hands on planning.

How: Business owners will learn about the key numbers in their business, how to effectively set targets and track progress to industry recognised benchmarks, marketing strategies that work and effective negotiation techniques. The workshop is supported by a free, one-on-one planning session where each owner can apply the concepts covered in the workshop to their business and learn how to move their business forward.

Background:

The workshop will be conducted by Michael Schuller, a Director of SED Consulting. SED Consulting is the leading regional business advisory organisation in Victoria, with over 30 consultants working from 12 offices in South East Australia.

Michael has over 17 years experience working with a range of retail, wholesale and service businesses ranging from multi-nationals to owner operators. He works with private businesses, providing integral support for their growth and management strategies, as well as conducting exciting, engaging and enthusiastic workshops for groups and industries.

Workshops have been held throughout Australia on behalf of organisations such as the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Regional Development Victoria, Tourism Victoria, Tourism Canberra, Tourism WA, and the Winemakers Federation of Australia.
