Market Yourself At Pet ExpoThe popular Bass Coast Pet Expo returns to San Remo on Saturday, 5 May 2012 and registrations are now open for market stalls. By Bass Coast - 22nd February 2012 - Back to News The pet lovers fun day includes a market as well as pet focused activities such as discounted microchipping and dog obedience demonstrations, panel discussions on responsible pet ownership and a children’s pet parade. There will also be giveaway bags and free activities, including face painting, a jumping castle, an animal farm and pony rides.
Bass Coast Shire Council’s Community and Economic Development Director, Steven Piasente, said previous events had been popular with local organisations and businesses.
"We anticipate a good number of organisations and businesses will sign up again for a stall. People own all kinds of pets, so we are looking for potential stall holders with a variety of products, services and information to offer," Mr Piasente said.
Bass Coast Pet Expo stall sites are free for pet related products and/or services. Non pet-related sites have a fee of $20. As stall sites are limited, they are allocated on a first-in-first-served basis.
