Forthcoming LegislationI wish to advise the residents of the Eastern Region electorate of the following pieces of legislation which have been presented to Parliament. By Peter Hall - 15th October 2007 - Back to News Animals Legislation Amendment (Animal Care) Bill 2007
This Bill makes amendments to three Acts within the Agricultural portfolio: the Domestic (Feral & Nuisance) Animals Act 1994, the Impounding of Livestock Act 1994, and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986.
Electricity Safety Amendment Bill 2007
This Bill will amend the Electricity Safety Act 1998 to secure improved safety and reliability of electricity assets.
Port Services Amendment Bill 2007
This bill makes a number of important amendments to the Port Services Act 1995.
