Bushfire Relief Centre FunctioningThe Bushfire Relief and Registration Centre in Sale will again be fully functional from Thursday 21 December 2006. Residents seeking information about the bushfire Relief and Registration Centre can call
1300 137 218.
The number is only for residents who require information on the relief centre. It cannot provide information on the bushfires.
Relief and Registration Centres are marshalling and information points for any residents who leave or cannot reach their homes because of the fires.
The centres will provide:
- Registration
- Refreshments – tea/coffee sandwiches etc
- Personal items - such as toothbrushes etc
- Accommodation information for people and pets
- Counselling
