Maffra Show 2004 - Gourmet Dip ContestHomemade Gourmet Dip is a feature competition of the Maffra Show this year, with a huge monetary prize pool totalling $450! By Maffra & District Agricultural Society - 27th September 2004 - Back to News The competition will be displayed and judged as part of the highly successful Food and Wine Court, at the Maffra Show on Saturday, October 23.
With entry open to amateur cooks only, it’s a great opportunity to make an easy dish and compete for a first prize of $250, second prize $150 and third prize of $50.
500 grams of homemade dip, submitted in a sealed container, along with a list of ingredients and $5-00 to enter, needs to be at the Maffra Show Secretaries Office by 10am on Saturday October 23.
So gather those dip recipes and start practicing on your family and friends to be in the running to win this easy culinary gourmet dip competition.
