• Making the GradeJohn Fascio a graduate of Monash University Gippsland Campus is this year’s winner of the VicRoads Young Professional Engineer Award. John is a Civil Engineer and Engineering Consultant with WBM Pty Ltd, Morwell and contributed significantly to the Regional Information System (RIS) project which involves the sharing of regional-specific information to promote economic, social and environmental outcomes within Gippsland. John is also current Chairman of Engineers Australia, Gippsland Group. John will now proceed to the National Award which is to be announced in November. • Open SubjectProspective students are invited to ‘Explore Monash’ at the Gippsland Campus on Tuesday, September 21. This is the final Explore for 2004 with students and family members taking the opportunity to hear about what the Gippsland Campus has to offer them by visiting the different faculties, meeting current students and visiting residences.
