Life Saving Victoria welcomes Kirsty Robertson as new chief operations officer for emergency management
Life Saving Victoria (LSV) has appointed Kirsty Robertson as Chief Operations Officer for Emergency Management Capability & Response, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in disaster response and community safety.
Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kirsty Robertson as its new Chief Operations Officer for Emergency Management Capability & Response. With over 25 years of leadership experience in disaster response and the non-profit sector, Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role.

Robertson strengthens LSV
Ms Robertson's distinguished career has seen her lead global crisis initiatives and manage high-impact programs across a range of complex environments. Her extensive experience in strategic leadership, volunteer engagement, and emergency response management has earned her a reputation as a trusted leader in the field. Kirsty has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving positive outcomes in disaster and emergency management.
In her new role at LSV, Kirsty will focus on enhancing water safety and community resilience across Victoria. By leveraging her skills and expertise, she will lead the operational and strategic efforts to improve emergency response capabilities and ensure LSV continues to deliver excellence in community safety and rescue services.
