Free green waste disposal available to Latrobe City residents over November 2022
Latrobe City residents looking to get their properties ready for the summer months can dispose of their green waste for free this November.
Despite the recent wet weather, making sure that vegetation around your property is under control is still an important part of being fire ready. During November, residents can visit Pinegro facilities in Moe, Morwell and Traralgon to dispose of up to three cubic metres (or approximately two standard trailers) of acceptable green waste for free.

Mayor of Latrobe City Cr Kellie O'Callaghan encouraged residents to make a start on preparing their properties for summer. "It is a great time for residents to tidy up in time for the fire season by removing any excess leaves, foliage, branches, weeds and grass clippings from their properties. All Latrobe City residents are welcome to make use of this service and no bookings are required throughout the month," said the Mayor. Pinegro will also have extended opening hours during November, offering residents more flexibility.
