Latrobe City Council welcomes the news that Latrobe Magnesium is investing $39 million for a Stage One Magnesium Production Plant in Morwell.
Latrobe City Council is also thankful to the Victorian Government for their support of the project through the Regional Jobs Fund. Stage One of the Magnesium Production Facility is expected to be built by June 2023, creating 43 new full-time equivalent jobs for the region.
