Darren Chester, Federal Member for Gippsland, visited dedicated volunteers Jen Smith and Nicole White as they finalised work at the Gippsland Agricultural Centre, supported by federal funding for bushfire recovery.
Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester caught up with hard working volunteers Jen Smith and Nicole White who were adding the finishing touches at the Gippsland Agricultural Centre, near Bairnsdale.

Located at the home of the East Gippsland Agricultural Field Days and the Gippsland Agricultural Research Farm, the centre is a multi-purpose facility providing the agricultural community with a place to gather and learn new skills. The Gippsland Agricultural Group secured Federal Government funding through the Black Summer Bushfire Recovery program.
