Cr Rossetti expressed heartfelt gratitude to outgoing Mayor Ian Bye for his standout leadership over the last three years. "The amount of work Ian put into his time as Mayor was extraordinary "he has left a strong legacy, and this next council term will see us deliver on the foundations that have been set so significantly over the last four years."
