Sandhill Ashes new date - Sunday 10 April 2022 from 11am at the Sarsfield Cricket Ground (SCG)
Sandhill Ashes community cricket moving its event date.
Good day (again) friends, neighbours and supporters of Sarsfield and Clifton Creek, 110mm of rain on Sunday could not dampen the Sarsfield and Clifton Creek communities enthusiasm to hold our annual community cricket match.
The social cricket match between the two neighbouring fire impacted communities of Clifton Creek and Sarsfield will take place at the Sarsfield Recreation Reserve
New event schedule
It has been rescheduled for this Sunday the 10 April from 11am. The day will include:
- Kids cricket clinic from 11am-12
- Women's focused social 6's session 12-1pm
- Sandhill Ashes cricket match 1-5pm
There will be lots of action on and off the field with patties pies and sausage rolls available, milkshake and coffee vans as well as kids face painting and a community BBQ.
