Seniors invited to SOS - ABBA Tribute Concert at Bairnsdale Sporting and Convention Centre on 18 March 2022
Free concert to give the seniors opportunity to come together and enjoy the music of ABBA.
Want to be transported back to the decade when ABBA ruled the dancefloor? Slip your flares on and lace up your platforms for a celebration of the world's most famous singing Swedes.
SOS: The Australian ABBA Tribute Show is brought to the stage by Seniors Festival Victoria and East Gippsland Shire Council
Recreating ABBA
It will be a concert of the greatest hits from the Swedish supergroup and the hottest disco tracks from the 1970s that will make you want to get up and dance. The show follows the lives of four mild-mannered musicians who have a healthy love of all things Swedish and an obsession with '70s disco music.
They band together to obsessively recreate the sound, music and look of ABBA. Walking out on stage, they leave behind their everyday lives and transform into the rock superstars - Bjorn, Benny, Agnetha and Frida.
