Gormandale and District Primary School student achievement certificates presented by Darren Chester
Darren Chester visits Gormandale and District Primary School, presents achievement certificates, and engages in conversation with students about his role as MP and community issues.
Federal Member for Gippsland Darren Chester recently visited Gormandale and District Primary School to present student leaders with achievement certificates. Mr Chester said he always enjoyed the opportunity to speak with young Gippslanders and hear about issues they were interested in. "It's amazing how much our young Gippslanders care for the region and the issues that could affect them."

Mr Chester said, "I spoke to students about my role as a Member of Parliament and how we get things done in our community. Students asked plenty of interesting questions and then participated in a flag raising ceremony."
