Feedback wanted on enhancing safety on Princes Street in Korumburra school precinct by 8 December 2023
Enhancing safety in the Princes Street, Korumburra school precinct. South Gippsland Shire Council secured a grant to investigate pedestrian and traffic management improvements for the specified area.
Help us make the Princes Street, Korumburra school precinct safer. South Gippsland Shire Council has been successful in obtaining an analysis grant as part of the 2022 Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Local Government Grant Program. This grant will enable us to investigate pedestrian and traffic management options to improve safety along the Princes Street, Korumburra school precinct.

Road safety project
The project will focus on the area in the image below, which stretches from South Gippsland Highway to the roundabout with Guys Road, Bridge Street and Shellcot Road. The project aims to identify improvements to pedestrian access and movements and other road safety within the Study Area, and to develop various concept designs for further community consultation.
These concept designs will aim to highlight the improvements that can be made so it is safer for vehicles and pedestrians to move through this location. For more information and to provide your feedback before Friday 8 December, please visit Princes Street, Korumburra page.
