Community grants application in South Gippsland close by 31 August 2023
Apply for the first round of community grants, available from July 1 to August 31. Council supports local clubs and groups with funding for projects, equipment, reports, festivals, and events.
The first round of community grants is now open for application from Saturday 1 July to Thursday 31 August. Community grants are an opportunity for the council to give back to local clubs and community groups who give so much to others. Grants can be used for both minor and major projects and equipment, planning and developing reports, and festivals and events.

South Gippsland Shire Council Grants Program aims to support community initiatives that enhance the quality of life, heritage, recreation and cultural opportunities for South Gippsland residents. Funding is available under the following grant streams:
- Small Grant Program
- Emergency Grant Program
- Community Grant Program
