Celebrate Australia Day Awards at Meeniyan Hall on 19 January 2022
Celebration of Australia Day awards to be held at Meeniyan Hall.
Join us at Meeniyan Hall on Wednesday 19 January from 6.30pm to celebrate our Australia Day Awards nominees. Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year will be awarded. Nominees for the 2022 Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year awards will be recognised at an Awards Ceremony to be held on Wednesday 19 January (6.30pm) at the Meeniyan Hall.
Join us as we showcase the finalists and see how they have interpreted the theme 'Australia Day: Reflect, Respect, Celebrate'
Australia Day nominations and events
There will be no event of the year awarded in 2022 as very few events were able to be held in 2021 due to COVID-19. Please note that posthumous nominations are not eligible. To read more about our wonderful nominees and their achievements please visit Australia Day Awards.
