Heyfield wetlands volunteers received $20,000 to construct new viewing platform from Stronger Communities Program
Heyfield wetlands volunteers are continuing to transform the popular nature reserve with upgraded trails, revegetation and a new viewing platform.
The committee has received a $20,000 grant from the Stronger Communities Program to construct the new viewing area. "The volunteers have done a terrific job to attract wildlife and improve the visitor experience. This latest project will allow more locals and visitors to experience this beautiful part of Heyfield." Mr Chester said.
