No matter the sport, Gippsland Water's Drink Gippy Tap Prize Packs encourage junior athletes to stay hydrated with tap water while they play!
Encouraging healthy hydration
Managing director Sarah Cumming said the packs were a way to reward young athletes and make hydration fun. "These prize packs will be presented to kids at junior sports clubs for achievements like personal bests, contributing to a great team environment or best on ground."
"The initiative is part of our Drink Gippy Tap campaign, which we launched last year to promote the benefits of drinking tap water. It's aimed at encouraging healthy habits and guiding people towards tap water as their drink of choice, instead of sugary alternatives," Ms Cumming said.

Ms Cumming also said, "It's also better for your wallet and the environment, with refillable bottles removing the need for single-use plastic alternatives. Kids can have fun decorating a colourful water bottle with fun, themed stickers, while learning about where their water comes from, making healthy choices and reducing plastic waste," Ms Cumming said.
The Drink Gippy Tap active prize pack stickers and drink bottles are dishwasher safe. Sports clubs can visit Gippsland Water website to find out more and apply for Drink Gippy Tap active prize packs.
