Marginal Wharf at Port Welshpool now have vehicle access restricted

Notice to all Port Welshpool berth holders.

Please note that two sections of Marginal Wharf in Port Welshpool, as marked below - east and west of the main unloading area, are now closed to vehicle access until further notice. Recent inspections have indicated that it is not safe for those sections of the wharf to remain open to vehicle traffic.

Access to the wharf remains open to pedestrians however vehicle access will be prohibited outside the unloading area. The unloading area marked in the image in red remains accessible by vehicles.

Gippsland Ports apologises for any inconvenience. Planning regarding rehabilitation of these sections is occurring and further updates will be provided when possible.
