South Gippsland Council congratulates Community Leadership Program participants 2023
South Gippsland Community Leadership Program participants announced.
South Gippsland Shire Council would like to congratulate those who have been offered a place in this year's Community Leadership Program. The 20 participants from across South Gippsland will undertake a ten-session program over the course of six months, starting mid-March 2023.

Program participants
The program aims to provide participants with a set of skills that will enable them to effectively work with other people, strengthen their leadership capability, manage conflict, delegate and meet objectives. Community Leadership Program also provides participants with an opportunity to gain insight into different communities and contribute these learned skills to South Gippsland.

Nathan Hersey, Mayor of South Gippsland Shire Council said, "Congratulations to all who have been offered a place in the latest intake of the South Gippsland Community Leadership Program. Each participant is a great reflection of our community's commitment to volunteerism and supporting our community."
