Invitation to the author talks

Latrobe City Mayor Kellie O'Callaghan said author talks were an entertaining and educational experience. "It's always thrilling to hear from authors, either face-to-face or online, as they discuss the books we love and allow us to join the conversation," Cr O'Callaghan said.

"Author talks often feature discourse on a range of themes from the books themselves and broader themes relating to our own lives. Heather Morris writes difficult stories about love, endurance and hope set against the background of the Second World War while Lorraine has written an intriguing tale of a lost parchment; both will offer fascinating insights to their tales."

"We invite all those who have an interest in reading, literature, human nature and captivating storytelling to come along to these events. You can simply sit and listen if that's your preference even if you haven't read the books. No spoilers of course." Cr O'Callaghan said.
