Please don't hang up when the Latrobe City Council Community Satisfaction Survey calls
Latrobe City Council residents may soon receive a phone call inviting them to participate in the Victorian Government's annual Community Satisfaction Survey, undertaken by National Field Services.
The Community Satisfaction Survey aims to assess council's performance in a variety of areas to help identify opportunities for improvement and more effective service delivery for residents. Starting on 26 February for a period of three weeks NFS, an independent market research agency, will conduct phone interviews with the community and feedback will guide council's approach to core operations.
If you have any questions, please phone Council's Customer Service Team
Understanding community needs
Residents are assured their details and individual responses will remain confidential. Only the overall results are shared with the council. If you have any questions, please phone Council's Customer Service Team on 1300 367 700. The results of the Latrobe City survey will be released later in the year.
Latrobe City Mayor Kellie O'Callaghan said, "Community members are our customers, and we want to understand what is working and what can be improved upon. Council will review the feedback and implement changes where necessary to ensure residents are receiving services in the most efficient manner, helping to make Latrobe City an even better place to live, work and play."
