Ms Cumming said, "We want our customers to know that we get it and we're here to help. We offer a range of flexible payment options, and our team will assist and work out what's best for you and your needs. The team can help customers apply for government utility relief grants and give referrals to no-cost independent financial counsellors."
Friendly faces from the Gippsland Water team feature in the customer care campaign and a series of opportunities to receive on-the-spot support in person will be held over the coming months. Locations, dates and times will be announced soon.
