Guide Park Playspace in Wonthaggi will close on 24 October for redevelopment
Work is nearing completion on the eagerly anticipated Guide Park Playspace in Wonthaggi.
To keep construction progressing, while ensuring community safety, all public access to the park and toilets will be closed from 24 October. Guide Park will reopen in mid-December when the project is complete. This closure is necessary as both vehicle access to and from the car park of Guide Park will undergo an extensive upgrade, creating more parking and improving vehicle access.
To ensure safety during this time all community access to the Wonthaggi Guide Park and toilets will be closed from 24 October until mid-December when the project is complete
Guide Park is being transformed into an accessible, intergenerational space that offers a variety of challenging experiences for all age groups and abilities, while also providing natural shade and park amenities for residents and visitors.
