Seed and Feed Festival at Gippsland Performing Arts Centre more during Spring school holidays 2022 in Latrobe City
Come and join the fun with Latrobe City's 'Stay Local School Holiday Activities', taking place in Latrobe City Leisure Park, Latrobe City Libraries, Latrobe Regional Gallery and Latrobe Performing Arts Centre from 17 September to 2 October.
The Seed and Feed Festival, free movies, fitness classes and coding classes are on offer in Latrobe City during the spring school holidays. From 17 September - 2 October, a range of fun and free school holiday activities will be held across Latrobe City Council's libraries, leisure centres, early learning centres and creative venues through the Stay Local program.

Be a part of the activities
Mayor of Latrobe City Cr Kellie O'Callaghan invited the community to be part of the activities. "This is a great opportunity for our younger residents and visitors to our City to enjoy something new, learn a new skill and have fun."
"We are particularly excited to host the Seed and Feed Festival at Gippsland Performing Arts Centre on Thursday 29 September. Catering for children and adults alike, the festival will celebrate all things spring with a host of activities, including a dried blooms workshop, waste-free recipe making and a special presentation by professional chef Nornie Bero," said the Mayor.
Taking inspiration from 'The Big Picture' kids can explore textual drawings, pipe-cleaner figures, stamping, puzzles, collaging and much more!
Simple and screen-free
Latrobe Regional Gallery's Big (little) Lounge is also open on weekdays from 10am to 4pm, which is a space full of colour, patterns, texture and playful use of scale with free activities available.
Kubo Kids Coding sessions will also be on offer at libraries in Moe, Morwell, Traralgon and Churchill, offering a simple and screen-free way for children to learn coding and computational thinking.
Latrobe Leisure facilities in Churchill, Moe Newborough, Morwell, Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre and Gippsland Regional Indoor Sports Stadium have also planned plenty of activities across the holidays.

Stay local program
Much-loved local animal farm Barn Buddies will visit Latrobe Leisure Moe Newborough and Morwell, giving kids the chance to meet friendly farm animals.
Moe Early Learning Centre's popular program is also taking place, with limited places still available. Bookings for the program can be made by calling 1300 367 700.
