A good strategic plan is a logical map of where an organisation is now, where it needs to go and how it will get there. To register to adaptable communities training workshop 3 on strategic planning, visit workshop 3.
Ensuring defined organization direction
It is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen organisations and lead the team towards the common goal. This session will help committee members understand the importance of this planning in ensuring the organisation has a clear and defined direction.

Having a planned approach to renewing your committee helps ensure your community organisations is effective and sustainable.
Focusing on skill required
This session will help organisations plan for their committee's succession by focussing on what skills are required for each role and how to make these positions more attractive to potential committee members.
