Gippsland Water invites primary school students to create their water story for the 2022 National Water Week poster competition
To celebrate National Water Week, Victorian water corporations are inviting primary school students to explore their own water stories and imagination and create a poster that reflects what it means to them.
Gippsland Water's National Water Week poster competition is on again, with primary school students invited to create a poster that shares their own water story. This year's National Water Week theme "our water stories", encourages us all to reflect and share our own connection to water.
National Water Week Australia is every third week in October, inspiring individuals, communities and organisations to build awareness around the value of water
Local primary school students have the chance to get creative to tell their own water story. Individual prizes are up for grabs and the winning school will receive $500 to put towards a sustainability project or STEM learning resources. National Water Week makes a splash across Australia every third week in October. This year it will be held from 17 to 23 October 2022.
Poster competition entries can be submitted at National Water Week website. Entries close at midnight on Friday 2 September 2022.
