Unless you have had your head in the sand for the last month or so, you are sure to have heard of Big Brother. Dubbed the “human zoo” by critics and viewers alike, Big Brother is an experiment in human behaviour.

The participants are room-mates locked together inside a house with no contact to the outside world. Every move they make is recorded on video and microphone – from showering to sleeping and every moment in between.

Each week, one of the contestants is extracted from the house, nominated by the other inmates and voted out by the general public.

As bizarre as the concept appears, from the outside looking in it is also strangely addictive.

The website is an interactive portal into the world of Big Brother. You can log on to meet the crew, vote out a contestant, read stories of the housemates antics, bid for contestants belongings (the proceeds of which go to charity) and, in the true spirit of Big Brother, get inside the house and watch the action as it happens through the webcam.

This is one cool website – you will undoubtedly be entertained, at least until you read “ever get the feeling you are being watched?” and start peering suspiciously out of your window…
