Some entrepreneurs have taken the step from owning the local milkbar to selling their own goods online. No more mopping floors and getting up at 5am to open, the Internet allows you to work from a home or office – even in your moccasins if that takes your fancy. The Internet not only saves the problem of a second rent or mortgage, but it opens your potential market from the three surrounding towns to (drum roll please) the world.
