Everyone is a criticUse "reviews" to win customers By Robyn Greenspan - 12th December 2000 - Back to News Tell us your opinion See what others have said As more people flock to the Internet, there grows the generation of informed and educated consumers.
Many of these online shoppers are anxious to express their opinions and consequently, consumer reviews are gaining popularity.

Your e-store can capitalize on the growing trend of customer reviews by adding such a section to your site. A section devoted to product reviews will accomplish major objectives: increasing traffic while inspiring participation and building a community among your site visitors.
Additionally, you can submit your site to search engines and directories using "reviews" as a new keyword.
