Sale-Maffra Cricket Association Grand Finals

First named team to provide afternoon tea on Saturday, seconded named on Sunday. The Sale-Maffra Cricket Association provides the balls for the first innings, but in the event of a second innings clubs to provide own. Two and four piece balls will be supplied just in case 3rd or 4th grade need to be transfered to the reserve ground,this can be done as late as 11.00 a.m. Saturday, if bad weather has interfered with wicket preparation or is likely to interfere with play. Host clubs are required to have someone on hand who can roll the wicket for 7 minutes between innings as is permitted under the rules. The umpires or players are not responsible for this function. All host clubs should have someone on hand to assist with other facilities throughout the day. The Sale-Maffra Cricket Association is responsible for payment of umpires. The first name side is requested to put in a result sheet on Saturday night, and the winner must put a result sheet in on Sunday night.
