Above: The Wine Association comes together.
The creation of the Wine Association’s website has offered surprising benefits for those involved in the project.
The website incorporates a great range of features, including winery information, online shopping for a great range of winery products, a virtual tour of the wineries, coming events and even tourism info. As a result, it is not surprising to see that the website is a success.
The surprise advantage that was born of the website has not been in sales, awareness levels or feedback, but in the growing relationships between those that have come together to form the website.
In joining together, the organisations involved have formed valuable contacts, friendships and increased corporate culture – all via an Internet-based partnership. This indicates that the Internet has made a lasting impression on Gippsland business and gives hope to further development in this area.
