International Rose Garden Festival in Morwell 13-21 November 2021Variety of flowery events to watch out for at Morwell. By news@gippsland - 3rd November 2021 - Back to News Every year the spellbinding display of 3,500 roses draws festival goers and garden lovers to Morwell to swoon over the delicate blooms. This year the festival will be held both in person and virtually so everyone can enjoy the show stopping performance at this internationally recognised rose garden. 
To view the AGL Loy Yang Night Lights Installation you'll be required to book a one hour viewing session prior to visiting the garden 2021 HighlightsA highlight of the program is the annual AGL Night Light Installation (7.30 - 10.30pm each night of the festival) where garden beds and ornaments are lit up by light projections. This year the lighting displays have been extended so you can wander the rose garden and Commercial Road, and on weekends you can also enjoy roving performances. Bookings are required for the Night Lights. On location, you can breathe in the fragrant scents as you wander the gardens, see activities in the Tarwin Street event space and join in a cut rose competition. Online, you can take a virtual tour, or join an online lantern or flower making workshop.
