Roll Up Roll Up Roll Up! Roll Up to the Wellington Shire Council Library Big Top! By Wellington Shire Council - 27th March 2007 - Back to News Libraries across the shire are inviting children come dressed up as a circus performer and join in the fun at their school holiday activities.
Children can try juggling, listen to circus stories and join in the craft activity.
There will also be a clown picture to colour in and all children will receive a free lollipop!
