What is 'm-View' web casting?

Telstra Country Wide has partnered with Melbourne based Momentum Technologies Group to provide web casting for specific events during the Gippsland Innovation Festival.

This innovative technology allows anyone with internet access to view these events in real time, or after the event by converting a standard video camera into a wireless video streaming system. It draws on internet, Telstra’s mobile broadband and other wireless technology accompanied with Momentum’s proprietary technology to deliver a world first in virtual communications.

How do I view a live event?

The stream can be viewed by anyone with an internet connection however viewers with broadband access will experience superior video and audio quality. Dial-up viewers should use the Dial-Up Optimisation feature within the viewer to compensate for the low connection speed
