Menopause The Musical - A Great Night OutFancy a girls night out? By Latrobe City Council - 26th August 2009 - Back to News Then get your friends together and get ready for 90 minutes packed full of laughs when you see ‘Menopause the Musical’.
The fun, musical production was inspired by ‘a hot flush and a bottle of wine’, and is described by the New York Times as a musical that is ‘impossible not to laugh’ in.
The hilarious show was created by Jeanie Linders; who takes a comedic look into the ups and downs of menopause.
Over 500,000 Australian women have already seen the show, with songs such as I Will Survive, The Lion Sleeps Tonight and Stand by Your Man given ‘new’ lyrics. This is one musical you shouldn’t miss.
Come and see this wonderful musical for yourself at the Latrobe Valley Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday, 10 November 2009 at 8pm.
