Landowner Information Sessions

A landowner Information session regarding the proposed natural gas pipeline is being held in Korumburra on Wednesday 26 July.

The session will be held at 7.30pm at the Korumburra Showgrounds and is being organised by Alinta, the company responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of the new gas network.

The information session will discuss the following issues:

• South Gippsland Natural Gas Project (SGNGP) – scope of the project
• Pipeline design and construction process
• Easement acquisitions
• The role of the agricultural consultants to assess fair and reasonable compensation for the impact on property during construction and the proposed rehabilition program.

All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting.
