The Breath of Life

Lovers of live theatre will be able to experience a refreshing slice of real-life drama when The Breath of Life hits Wellington Shire Council’s Esso BHP Billiton Wellington Entertainment Centre on 22 February.

This tale by UK playwright David Hare is a compelling story of a meeting between a wife and the ‘other woman’ which unfolds into a journey through their memories, dreams, regrets and decisions - unearthing answers to the painful unknowns they would prefer to leave alone.

The show’s cast is headed by nationally renowned actors Helen Morse, who has starred in film classics including Picnic at Hanging Rock and Caddie, and Kirsty Child, famous for her roles on popular Australian television series’ Mother & Son and Blue Heelers.
