EPA Works Approval Applications ExtendedEPA Works Approval application extended By Portal Admin - 23rd February 2019 - Back to News Latrobe City Council has extended the EPA Works Approval application related to the Hyland Highway Landfill to the close of business 28 February 2019.
This extension is occurring due to the large number of requests received regarding the Hyland Highway Landfill extension. Council is endeavouring to make the application to the EPA for Works Approval in April 2019. Before this can occur Council officers will need to consult with as many residents as possible, this extension allows Council to consider all options for future waste disposal.
