The Mortgage Bureau Gippsland/Latrobe named "Branch of the Year"The Mortgage Bureau Gippsland/Latrobe has been named "Branch of the Year" at The Mortgage Bureau (TMB) Annual Conference, held in Hamilton Island in September. By The Mortgage Bureau - 12th October 2004 - Back to News TMB has 48 Branches across Australia and TMB Gippsland/Latrobe is the only office in Regional Victoria. This is a very prestigious award as they were competing with branches located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth as well as Regional centres in N.S.W. and Queensland.
Owner & Managing Director Rob Egan and his wife Karen were presented with the award by Mr Ron Guthrie C.E.O. of The Mortgage Bureau.
In congratulating Rob, Mr Guthrie said " Rob and his staff regularly receive accolades from TMBs panel of Lenders, they excel at customer service and exceed their clients expectations, as evidenced by the testimonials they regularly receive". He went on further to say "that the ever increasing business they receive has maintained Gippsland’s Branch status in the top 10 branches for TMB across Australia for the last 2 Years".
In response Mr Egan said, "He was very honoured to receive the award and very happy to be able to assist over 700 families obtain their home loans".
He further stated, "Since we opened our doors the support we have received from the local Community, Businesses, Family and friends has been overwhelming and for this I am extremely grateful.
I would especially like to thank my dedicated staff for all their hard work as this award is as much for them as myself".
This award has capped off a very successful year for The Mortgage Bureau Gippsland/Latrobe office, having been nominated for an MIAA Excellence award and being a finalist in the Federation Health Gippsland Business Awards.
The Mortgage Bureau Gippsland/Latrobe office was officially opened by The Hon Peter Hall MLC Member for Gippsland Province on the 27th February 2002.
