Now there is a website dedicated to discovering the truth: the Urban Legends Reference Pages.

If you want gross giggles and lofty laughs tune in to read about the unfortunate, the strange and the plain senseless stories of truth and fiction, or are looking to find out if the KFC rumour is true – this website is for you.

Its bold and corny, but easy to use and well worth a bit of exploring… you may even learn something. Remember: All stories teach us something, and promise us something, whether they're true or invented, legend or fact. -- Stewart O'Nan
