Learn And Play Will Run Again This TermParentzone’s Learn and Play program returns in 2003 following the success of last years educational sessions By Latrobe City - 31st January 2003 - Back to News Parentzone’s Learn and Play program returns in 2003 following the success of last years educational sessions, due to their ability to help educate parents about child behaviour and to assist them in creating a positive home environment.
The popular ten-week program was also praised due to its child friendly nature. Learn and Play is designed so that children are with trained childcare workers whilst parents are participating in the sessions.
The Learn and Play program is for parents with children under the age of six and will be conducted in Moe and Traralgon this term. The program begins on Wednesday 5 February at 12.30noon at Moe Heights Preschool and on Friday 7 February at 9.30am at Cameron Street Preschool in Traralgon.
Learn and Play runs for two and a half hours, with lunch provided either before or after the program commences. There are no costs involved in the program and transport may be provided. Parents who would like to participate need to contact Parentzone on 5136 9252 or 1300 367 700.
