While "personalization" gets a lot of play, "humanization" gets very little attention. Humanizing your site is very different from personalizing and it CAN be done simply.
Humanizing doesn't require any new technology, additional staff or rigorous training programs. It just requires some thought, a few inquiries and a little bit of creativity.
