‘Eight Hour Day’ 150 year celebrations of work, rest and play will be exhibited at the Gippsland Campus Switchback Gallery from July 4 - 15. The exhibition, ‘It’s about time!’ 8 Hour Day 1856-2006 will tour nine regional centres in 2006 highlighting this historical achievement which set the standard throughout the world. The Monash University Student Union will also be holding a Solidarity Fundraising Lunch following the opening of the exhibition at 11am on July 4.
