The Inverloch Bowling Club will also receive a major project funding of $10,000, under the Climate Action category, to expand its solar panel capacity. Bass Coast Shire Mayor, Cr Brett Tessari said that while COVID-19 restrictions are still preventing Council from holding presentation ceremonies, it is still really important to acknowledge and thank the people who volunteer their time to groups and committees, who make so many events and programs in Bass Coast possible.

"We are proud to have this grants program to support our local community groups, with the funding they receive, these groups are able to provide programs and events, purchase new equipment, or make improvements to their facilities, all to benefit Bass Coast residents and visitors." Cr Tessari said.
